A downloadable game
this is for the water university jam, just one thing worth noting:
every level is beatable, tho it can get hard .
this is i think i can call a "MAP BUILDING" game where the main goal is the try and stop policemen from catching the criminals.
the level design is really fun, you really want to check it out.

update1: fixed the path finding inconsistancies and allow players to pick levels freely incase some ppl gets hardstuck
